Your Unique Role as a Writer
We all have knowledge that is unique to us – things we know about, things we are interested in, and things we are good at.
What are you good at/know about? Sailing, baking sponge cakes, creating apps?

Here’s a writing exercise for you:
Grab your writing journal and make a list of 20 things that you know a bit (or a lot!) about… then consider how you could use any of these in your stories.
Write down some ideas for including these things in a plot…
You are unique, so why not add something of your uniqueness to your story? It will give it an extra boost of interest!
I’m good at making cakes (even though I do say so myself!) – I wish I could invite you round for a slice with a nice English cup of tea! Maybe one day… 🙂
Sending blessings to you,
Janet
P. S. Don’t forget to celebrate your uniqueness!
